"Forever", a word, so sadly misunderstood,
A word so endless; to fulfill its promise, no human could.
A commitment burned inside, while holding her hand,
He couldnt let her be forever alone, in this heartless land.
Faith, all that he could muster,
His love, he was sure, would never lose its luster.
Words...yes words, descriptive is their nature,
But not one exists, in which her indelible beauty, could capture.
Shes a piece of me,
I hear her, desire to see,
A singular person holds the key,
Taunting a poor soul, longing to be free.
For there is no greater love, than the love a father has for his daughter.
